Refurb & Extension SW16

Core Spaces were delighted to be involved in this very large scale residential total refurbishment project. This was (and at time of writing still is!) a very intricate project where the client had very specific ideas and wants which we have successfully met. The relationship between a homeowner and builders is a very interesting dynamic where we always do our best to be as flexible possible, whilst remaining realistic in regards to what can be achieved and at which budget.

This project includes an extension which will house a wonderful kitchen leading on to the back garden and flowing beautifully through the body of the house. It’s been a very hard, but incredibly enjoyable project to date.
