  • Gas Safety Certificate + Boiler & Heating System Service - £200 (service does not include any parts if needed)

  • Carpet Steam Cleaning - starting from £150 for 1 bedroom flat

  • All prices are VAT inclusive.

  • There is a minimum callout charge for one hour and a charge per 30 minute timeframes thereafter.
  • Please note all above call out rates apply between 9:00-18:00 weekdays, for weekends and callouts after 18:00 will be minimum £120/hr, emergency rates and rates on holidays may differ

  • Parking and congestion charge if applicable will be charged in addition to the labour charge
